The hotel room was very small than expected, the bedsheets and mattress were not in good condition. Moreover the room’s geyser was not working, so the staff initially said they will change the room in some time but did nothing and later gave the reason that all rooms were occupied and will provide the hot water in the room itself but that also they didn’t do and asked me to take bath in other room which was very uncomfortable for me and my wife. Overall it was below average experience

The hotel service was really good. We didn’t stay much in hotel as we had other plans to visit multiple temples, but the service was very convenient and the staff was very coordinating.

The hotel is on the main road side with a distance of 1. 5 km from all the tourist location in indore. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has parking facility also. The staff arr very friendly and polite.

The staff was very helpful. Hotel is good. They don't have a restaurant yet, but they get you tea water bottle etc if you tell them to.

Excellent service & staff service too. Quick response by hotel. Near from all main attractions of the city. U will take rikshaw easily from there. Hotel arrange it for u.
